1. Shipping Destinations: Mendhro ships to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom as well as internationally.

2. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The final shipping fee will be shown to the customer during checkout.

3. Delivery Times: For domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but generally, orders should be received within 8-12 business days. Note that these are estimated times and Mendhro is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control like adverse weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping, but may use other carriers as necessary. The choice of carrier will be made based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. You can track your shipment status on the carrier's website.

6. Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, we will do our best to send all products in one package. However, in some instances, items may be sent in separate packages.

7. Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Mendhro is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check all information before finalizing your order.

8. Customs and Import Taxes for International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to Mendhro due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs or restocking fees.

All jackets are handmade and made to order. If you want to initiate a refund, please let us know in 48 hours after placing the order, otherwise refund would not be possible.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@mendhro.com.
